浇注机主要有倾转式浇注机、气压式浇注机、底注式浇注机等三大类 。
There are three main types of pouring machines: tilting pouring machines, pneumatic pouring machines, and bottom pouring machines.
1.底注式浇注机。由于底注式浇注机的动作简单,基本上只要与高生产率的造型线配套,就能完成铁液浇注。以前使用底注机的代工厂,基本都是手动控制塞棒的开合,需要操作人员熟练,注意力集中。手动控制方式受人为因素的影响,铁水断流和溢流现象时有发生,造成铸件废品率上升,铁水浪费严重。所以我们使用底注式浇注机的铸造厂近中国开始发展寻求自动浇注。
1. Bottom pouring machine. Due to the simple operation of the bottom pouring machine, it can basically complete the pouring of molten iron as long as it is matched with a high productivity molding line. Previously, the OEM factories that used bottom injection machines were mostly manually controlling the opening and closing of the plug, requiring skilled operators and focused attention. The manual control method is influenced by human factors, resulting in frequent occurrences of molten iron interruption and overflow, leading to an increase in the scrap rate of castings and serious waste of molten iron. So, our casting plants that use bottom pouring machines are beginning to develop and seek automatic pouring in China.
2.倾转式浇注机。倾动式浇注机主要用于在空气冲击静压造型线上浇注大中型零件。在上世纪90年代之前,倾转式浇注机主要从国外引进,大都是手动控制,价格很高。随着国内控制技术及元件可靠性的提高,很快占领了国内市场,随着伺服等控制技术的应用以及倾转式浇注机具有的诸多优点,目前倾转式浇注机已成功应用于高生产率造型线上的小件浇注。
2. Tilting pouring machine. The tilting pouring machine is mainly used to pour large and medium-sized parts on the air impact static pressure molding line. Before the 1990s, tilting pouring machines were mainly imported from abroad and were mostly manually controlled, with high prices. With the improvement of domestic control technology and component reliability, it quickly occupied the domestic market. With the application of servo and other control technologies and the many advantages of tilting pouring machines, tilting pouring machines have been successfully applied to small part pouring on high productivity molding lines.
3.气压式浇注机。气压式浇注机因结构复杂、价格较高、更换铁液不方便等缺点,并没有推广,因此目前在我国应用较少。
3. Pneumatic pouring machine. Due to its complex structure, high price, and inconvenient replacement of molten iron, pneumatic pouring machines have not been widely promoted, so they are currently less widely used in China.
