要使全自动水平造型机的压头使用寿命长久，下面这五大步骤值的借鉴：
1, check the gap between the front and back plates of the indenter, check whether there is foreign matter in the gap, if there is foreign matter, clean up in time and then test.
1、检查压头前后板之间的间隙，检查间隙内有无异物，如果发现有异物，及时清理后再试车。
2. If the indenter swings slowly, open the intake pipe and check whether the inlet air is normal.
2、如果压头摆动缓慢，打开进气管，检查管口进气是否正常。
3. The action of the moulding head is slow. At this time, open the cover plate above the head and check whether the rack has rust. Serious rust will cause the action of the head to be slow.
3、造型机压头动作迟钝，此时打开压头上面盖板，检查齿条有无锈蚀，锈蚀严重会造成压头动作迟钝，清理掉锈蚀即可。
4. Check whether the sealing rings on both sides of the flange and the rack of the press head of the molding machine have aging and deformation.
4、检查造型机压头两侧法兰盘、压头齿条两侧的密封圈是否有老化、变形等情况。
5. Check whether the butter of the flange gear bearing on the upper end of the molding machine press head has deteriorated.
5、检查造型机压头后上端的法兰盘齿轮轴承的黄油是否变质。
