树脂砂壳芯法是一种精密的制芯工艺,它是将含有酚醛树脂的芯砂(简称壳芯砂)填入已加热的的金属芯盒中,保持一定的时间(5~15s),使靠近芯盒壁处壳芯砂中的树脂溶化而将砂粒粘结在一起,沿芯盒内腔壁形成具有一定厚度的塑性状态壳层。将多余的芯砂倒出之后,再继续加热一定时间(30~90s),开启芯盒将壳芯顶出,即得到型壁厚度很小(仅5~12mm)中空的薄壳砂芯。制作一个砂芯仅用1~2min。
The
resin sand shell core method is a precise core making process, which
involves filling core sand containing phenolic resin (referred to as
shell core sand) into a heated metal core box and holding it for a
certain period of time (5-15s), so that the resin in the shell core sand
near the wall of the core box dissolves and binds the sand particles
together, forming a plastic shell layer with a certain thickness along
the inner wall of the core box. After pouring out the excess core sand,
continue heating for a certain period of time (30-90 seconds), open the
core box to push out the shell core, and obtain a thin hollow shell sand
core with a small wall thickness (only 5-12mm). Making a sand core only
takes 1-2 minutes.
⑴加热芯盒 芯盒用电或煤气加热。芯盒的加热温度由壳芯砂粘结剂、需要的壳厚、结壳时间和硬化时间等因素确定,一般为260~280℃。

The heating core box is heated by electricity or gas. The heating
temperature of the core box is determined by factors such as the shell
core sand binder, required shell thickness, crust time, and hardening
time, generally ranging from 260 to 280 ℃.
⑵吹砂 壳芯砂的流动性好,因此吹砂斗内只需通入0.1~0.3MPa的低压压缩空气进行吹砂,并在一定时间内(1~3s)保持压力。掌握好吹砂压力和保持时间适当,有利于获得轮廓清晰、完整和光洁的砂芯。

The flowability of the core sand in the sand blowing shell is good, so
only 0.1-0.3MPa low-pressure compressed air needs to be introduced into
the sand blowing hopper for sand blowing, and the pressure needs to be
maintained for a certain period of time (1-3 seconds). Mastering the
sand blowing pressure and holding time appropriately is beneficial for
obtaining a sand core with clear, complete, and smooth contours.
