5.1检查各气缸、气路及阀有无漏气现象及时排除。
5.1 Check for any air leaks in each cylinder, air circuit, and valve, and promptly eliminate them.
5.2工作中随时清扫个运动部件接触面。如导套、导柱各处。
Clean the contact surfaces of moving parts at any time during work. Such as guide sleeves and guide pillars.
5.3经常检查各部件的连接紧固螺栓、螺母有无松动，及时旋紧。
5.3 Regularly check if the connecting bolts and nuts of each component are loose, and tighten them in a timely manner.
5.4每天工作后清扫设备，每周一次内外彻底清扫。
Clean the equipment after work every day and thoroughly clean both inside and outside once a week.
5.5电控箱及操作面保持清洁。非检修或设定时间后把门关严扣好。
5.5 Keep the electrical control box and operating surface clean. Close the door tightly after non maintenance or setting a time.

6.1对本设备操作没有进行过培训的人员不得操作本设备。
6.1 Personnel who have not received training on the operation of this equipment are not allowed to operate it.
6.2在进行自动运转前必须经手动空转。
6.2 Before automatic operation, it must be manually idle.
6.3开动前要检查运动部件中有无导物、有无非设备操作人员靠近。不要将工具等杂物放在设备上。
Before
starting, check for any obstacles in the moving parts and for non
equipment operators approaching. Do not place tools or other debris on
the equipment.
6.4设备在运转中，不允许触摸运动部分及电器元件。
During operation, it is not allowed to touch moving parts and electrical components.
6.5因外部供电中断运转中的设备突然停止工作时，要切断设备电源开关以免再来电造成危险。
When
the equipment suddenly stops working due to external power supply
interruption, the power switch of the equipment should be cut off to
avoid danger caused by incoming electricity.
